Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free from pet hair or debris.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
